Apartamento Magazine is a Barcelona-based publication dedicated to interior design. Each year they publish a slender, themed cookbook which features recipes from interesting figures in the international worlds of cooking, art, design, and fashion.
How, the editors of Apartamento asked themselves, could they have overlooked tubers in their previous cookbooks? An error that cried out for rectification, but also raised the question, what is or isn’t a tuber?
